- Opportunity for a Supervisor to grow their capability

- Ongoing Defence projects - new builds, civil works and refurbishment projects
Working alongside the Project Manager you will be supervising projects from set up to completion and must be flexible to travel for projects in remote locations.
THE ROLE
- Supervise trades on site
- Coordinate and supervise initial site set up
- Client and subcontractor liaison
- Assure the safety and compliance of the workforce
- Ensure quality and workmanship is in accordance with quality management processes and documentation
ABOUT YOU
- Must be flexible to travel to remote locations for the project (site travel allowance provided)
- Prior experience in construction, remediation, refurbishment projects, new builds and Civil works
- Prior construction supervision experience
- Positive leadership qualities with a drive to create a successful and strong team environment
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, scanning files etc.)
- Trade certification and/or construction qualifications
- Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills
- Experience working on a Defence base (desirable)
