• Remediation Projects ranging from $500k - $10M

THE ROLE

• Oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end
• Onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment
• Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
• Carry out all DDR HSEQ requirements including but not limited to SWMS, safety audits, toolbox talks, quality ITPs, site coordination meetings, Hand Over & Take Over (HOTO) support to HOTO Admin etc.
• Project progress reports for the Project Management team
• Fortnightly look ahead programs and tracking
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Liaise closely with the project team to ensure project runs according to the program

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to lead, plan for and manage onsite resources, including labour and equipment
• Experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace
• Leadership qualities with ability to develop employees and build subcontractor site teams
• Clear and open communication to subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Able to build and develop relationships to obtain the best project and company outcomes
• Trade certification and/or construction management qualifications
• Prior experience working on Defence projects (desirable)
• Current Drivers Licence
• Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
