• Water infrastructure projects valued up to $30 million
• Balcatta based office with ad hoc site travel

DDR Australia are pursuing ongoing works in the water infrastructure sector; and we are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Project Manager to run a portfolio of water infrastructure projects throughout WA, with particular focus on remote work.

You’ll guide projects from the pre-contract and estimating phase, through to construction and commissioning, and ensure seamless handover to the asset operator and local community. You will manage a team, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure safety and excellence across every project.

THE ROLE

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Estimating and winning work
• Project controls including earned value management, cost controlling and scheduling
• Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
• Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
• Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
• Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program 
• Create and manage ITPs, work packs, safe work method statements, RFIs

ABOUT YOU

You are a strong leader with previous experience in a project engineering or project management capacity, as well as;

• Experience with Water Corporation contracts, standards and delivery models
• Background in civil, pipeline, mechanical, and electrical self-perform works
• You can coordinate and deliver multidiscipline construction works
• Estimation
• Program and planning skills
• Proficiency in managing budgets and cost control

• Exceptional stakeholder management and subcontractor management

Qualifications and Requirements

• White Card
• Drivers Licence
• Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
